My First 10 day Shred

After I had the twins, I must admit, I gained a bit of weight. I was about 225 lbs when I was breastfeeding. I lost 25 lbs and then gained a couple back but was a steady 202 lbs.

I plan to go to Vegas with a couple of ladies I know from Tampa in July. We have started a little weight loss competition. The final weigh in will be on July 15th. The winner gets a free dinner! So far I am in the lead, I have lost 5.3 lbs!

I feel like I can't get lower than this 197 lbs! Sadly when I stepped on the scale I was 202 lbs again!!!

So I decided to try this:

10 days of "Balls to the Wall" T30! 

Take your Juice Plus Capsules or Gummies
2 Complete Shakes a Day
Half your bodyweight in ounces of water per day
30-60 minutes of exercise 4x per week
8 full hours of sleep per night
Eat your last meal by 6 pm
Breathing exercises
(DON'T STARVE YOURSELF. Eat if you're hungry!!)

No Gluten
No Dairy
No Caffeine
No Alcohol
No Artificial Preservatives
No Refined Sugar


I am on day one and I feel great! I have been cooking earlier in the day, around 3-4 pm. I had my shake for breakfast which consisted of:
- Chocolate powder
- A handful of almonds
- a tiny bit of coconut oil 
- Rolled oats
- flax meal
- Water

I have Hummus and GF tortilla chips for a snack 

Dinner was amazing!!!



I made teriyaki chicken with multi-grain medley rice!!! SO yummy!

I had another shake around 6 pm! 
- Chocolate powder
- Chocolate Silk Milk
- ice, water
- Flax Meal
