Distress!!! I received a PURPLE dress!

So- I have a "function" on the 15th. I ordered a beautiful dress and I was so anxious to receive it...

This is the ensamble I was planning to wear:

 

 

Much to my dismay, My DRESS IS PURPLE! AND is too SHORT. I am NOT freakishly TALL... I am only 5'9"!!! I have to have a BLUE dress! Doesn't the picture LOOK BLUE? Where is my LONG BLUE DRESS!!!??? So now- I have a week... To find a LONG BLUE evening gown! On top of the fact that I have to work 15 hours a NIGHT... 6 nights a week!

First Day of School!

I found myself COMPLETELY unable to sleep... Excited, Nervous... Scared... Happy! A great mix of emotion as I tried to sleep and be up bright and early to see the kids off to school!

Mimi slept in my bed... For some reason, she was on my side of the Bed:( So I had to inch her over.

We got up early and ate breakfast. Then it was off to school.

I took charge and found their names on the class lists and then... waited for DJ's Best Friend to arrive... I was so happy to see that they are in the same class... Then... Off to find the classrooms.

I had a pretty full house today! I love this group! I am not sure why but they all listen to me and that makes it easy!

After I picked them up from school!

 Since they were good... They got to get some ice cream!

When they are happy, I am happy too! There is just one thing missing from this wonderful day!!!

I liked this place for the most part. The deco was nice and the lighting was also. I did not like the HOSTESS though. Also- No free refills so drink sparingly!

The other side of 360! It is a pretty mall... And it has all of the UPSCALE shops in it! I like it!

To get to the 360 Mall...

Take HWY 30 toward Kuwait City... Exit on 6th Ring road, Go toward Jahra.

When you see the Kuwait Intl' Airport sign, get in the feeder lane and stay to the left... Wa-Laah

The 360 Mall... If you miss that exit... You will have to make a HUG circle to get in there!

Book Bag Drive

The kids have been talking about going swimming... Everytime they see a pool, I get "THE LOOK"
So how perfect... A cook-out/back to school/ book bagdrive/charity event/POOL... all combined into ONE!
