Day 11: Silhouette

We all know that I am new to this photo taking business… I know I was supposed to make a silhouette… But instead. I made this photo. I love this photo more then the original.

Day 10: Animal(s)

These two are Thunder and Dora... Dubbed by the children:) They are always singing and making noise. I have tamed them up pretty good but I must admit that I hardly play with them as much as I used to.

 Aren't they so cute? They look like lil love birds.

 This was Xena when I was leaving to work. Doesn't she look like a Champion?

We also have fish. A house full of animals... We love it though!

Puppy Vs. Baby

We have had Xena almost two months now. I must be honest and say that Gustavo does most of the Puppy duty. When we first got her... He was the one waking up in the middle of the night and waiting for her to 'tinkle' as she was not able to make it thru the night. Being that he usually sleeps hard, it is amazing that he could hear her pawing her carry cage/house.

Every morning when I get home, I let her out and rub her down. I give her lots of love. She won't have it any other way. She follows me thru the house and if I am in the bed she stands there looking at me.
In a way- I think that having a puppy is harder than having a baby. She demands a lot of attention and costs a lot of money. With her... You must be very attentive because she does not cry, whine or whimper. She does BARK however... Unlike a baby- She does not wear a diaper so you dive right into potty training. Most children do not chew on shoes or furniture as she does. Xena is also a bully. (She is a BULLDOG) She is ruff and tuff with DJ and Mimi. Most of the time I think that she already comes out on top.

Our house is still hectic and I am hoping that after all these episodes of "Dog Whisperer" and YOU TUBE videos that I will be able to educate the kids, The Nanny, Gustavo and myself on how to tame the beast.

Day 9: Sunset

So Sorry... But the Sun sets here in between the time that Gustavo is driving me to work and the Shuttle Bus is carrying me on to post. I looked for the Sun on the way to work, but it must have been behind me.
***I finally found the SUN!!!***

 The weather was not the best today and it was rather dusty out. Most days it is still somewhat light when Gustavo drops me off at the gate but dark as I walk into my building. My Beau said he would take the photo for me... Until he realized that he is also on the road at that time... With that being said... I will take the photo on Friday. (My off day) I will climb to the top of my building and get the shot... Or make sure that I am somewhere that the Sunset will be great. Promise! Until then... You have to wait for the photo.


---I got the photo… I just have to get the film developed because I used one of those water cameras… We were out on the jet-skis and I snapped a couple shots. I hope that some of them came out good!!!
***I have got the film developed... I will bring in the CD tomorrow! 

Day 8: Fresh Fruit

I was unable to sleep well today so I was playing with my MacBook and found these photos. I can not lie and take credit for these photos... They were taken last year by one of the sweetest people that I have ever met. Suzette Mizell. We were roomates in Houston during in-processing and stuck together in Dubai. We were all over the place! I saw more that time in Dubai than all the other times COMBINED. Fresh Fruit. There you have it! She takes some good pictures huh?

Day 7: Make-Up Bag Items

This is what I use... These are the contents of my make-up bag. As you can see- Very basic:
-Mascara
-Lip Gloss
-Lip Liner
-Eye Liner
-Base foundation
-Bronzer
-Amber Romance Glitter Dust
I love to play with eye shadow too. But not much over here. I hardly even wear any make-up at all.
